The Johnson Pump Industrial MCV, MCH and MCHZ range consists of reliable high-pressure multistage pumps designed for demanding utility, industrial and marine applications. The MCH is a horizontal multistage pump, the MCV offers a space-saving vertical configuration, while the MCHZ provides self-priming capability for applications requiring immediate duty and effective air or gas handling. Typical uses include water pressure booster systems in high-rise buildings, firefighting units, water injection for construction projects, condensate extraction, boiler feed, hot and cooling water circulation, and general shipboard duties involving fresh water, seawater or slightly contaminated liquids. With a maximum capacity of 100 m³/h, head up to 340 m, working pressure up to 40 bar and temperature capability from -20°C to 150°C, the range delivers efficient, dependable performance with modular construction, interchangeable components, flexible shaft-sealing options and low maintenance requirements.
