Craig Naidoo has been with Southern Pumps SA for 30 years, starting as a mechanical fitter to now being the Managing Director. Craig is a highly experienced Managing Director with a proven track record of driving successful business operations and achieving growth targets. He oversees our company’s daily operations, directing all its resources to implement a strategic plan for growth.
Craig also gives strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the company achieves its financial vision, mission and long-term goals. With all the knowledge his acquired over the years, he strives to build an educated workforce in this industry. Tawfeeq Saliem has been part of the Southern Pumps team for about 4 years, with over 20 years of experience in Turning, Tawfeeq brings extensive technical knowledge and precision to his role as Workshop Manager at Southern Pumps.
A qualified Red Seal Turner, he has built his career through years of practical experience, from running his own business to completing custom welding and machining projects across a range of industries and operating CNC machinery, he has developed a deep understanding of manufacturing accuracy and process efficiency.
Tawfeeq is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every project is completed with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail. His leadership helps drive the continuous improvement and high-quality standards that define Southern Pumps reputation.

Craig Blows is our Stores Manager with 20 years of experience in this field and 30 years of service at Southern Pumps.
He plays an important role in the success of Southern Pumps as Craig is result driven and well versed in finding top vendors, negotiating favourable contracts and managing a large budget all while focusing on supply chain optimisation and cost reduction strategies.
Craigs track record of implementing strategic procurement policies and procedures that drives cost savings and efficiency puts him a cut above the rest. Craig and his team identify new sources of supply and manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
