Johnson Pump Industrial TopGear
The Johnson Pump Industrial TopGear range consists of heavy-duty internal gear pumps designed for the reliable transfer of both low- and high-viscosity liquids across demanding manufacturing and process industries. Suitable for products ranging from diesel fuel, crude oil and lubricants to chocolate, molasses, resins, adhesives, paints, inks, acids, soap, sludge and mixed chemicals, TopGear pumps combine smooth flow, strong shaft and bearing design, efficient priming and long service life. The range includes the TG G for general-purpose duties, TG H for demanding applications, TG L for efficient low-viscosity transfer, the compact TG BLOC for space-restricted installations, and TG MAG for leak-free magnetic-drive operation. Depending on the model, the range can handle capacities up to 130 m³/h, differential pressures up to 25 bar, temperatures up to 300°C and viscosities up to 80,000 mPa·s, with shaft seal, heating or cooling jacket, safety relief valve and material options available to suit the application.
